I thought this was great ~ much better than the packages you buy at the store and throw into fresh sour cream. Moreover, I used mostly fresh herbs - the flavor explodes in your mouth!

Texture is a bit grainy, but the flavor is great! It is good for chips or for veggies, and was really easy to whip up. Tasted good right after mixing, but would be even better chilled.
