- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 10 oz. rotel (mixture of tomatoes and diced green chilies)

this is my husbands favorite dinner. i really like it but it always feels like its lacking something inside the tortillas. its just chicken and cheese. so i add rice sometimes. mexican rice is the best.
