Description
This fruity, creamy pie with a crispy streusel topping has an old-fashioned charm that may remind you of something out of your grandmother’s recipe box. But there are no special pastry skills needed, since it starts with a store-bought pie crust. The pie is delicious slightly warm or chilled, and holds its shape nicely either way — perfect for bringing to a potluck or picnic. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Saura Kline.

- refrigerated pie crust
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (divided)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (divided)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 12 oz. fresh blueberries

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F with a rack set in the center.
- Unroll pie pastry according to package directions and ease it into a 9-inch pie dish. (If needed, first roll out pastry a bit on a work surface so it’s big enough to come beyond the edge of the dish.) Fold edge of pastry under, flush with outer edge of dish. Crimp edge of pastry by using your index finger on one hand pushed into your index finger and thumb on the other hand. Refrigerate pie shell.
- Put 1/4 cup granulated sugar, the brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, the butter, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a food processor bowl. Whirl ingredients until blended and crumbly, about 30 seconds. Set streusel aside.

this was super easy to make and turned out delicious! got lots of compliments on it. prep took 15 minute or so. I baked for 60 minutes and it was done.
