- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 shredded cheddar cheese (or more cups of)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (package of, I used 1/3 less fat)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded & cored)
- 1 handful cilantro (cleaned)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
