Good. i would add less water and maybe more seasoning. I cooked it for 15 minutes more and used half ground beef half pork.

Great!! I add about 2 tablespoons of Apple Crown Royal to the topping, and stuff the meatloaf with pepper jack cheese.

wow! turned out amazing. followed the instructions except my bread crumbs were fucaccia crackers and i used bbq sauce instead of ketchup. also i added a habanero and 2 jalapenos because we like it spicy. oh and half a fresh onion.

I used crushed Caesar seasoned croutons.
I added 1/2 teaspoon of Oregano.
I added 1/2 teaspoon of Basil.
Our family enjoyed it.

yummy, but i would suggest less water and a little more seasoning at your discretion. maybe more breadcrumbs too. it was a little mushy.

definitely needs a bit less water, fell apart too easy. that being said, delicious!

Very good! Might use a little less water to have it not fall apart so easily. Added ketchup on top for the last 15 minutes. Family loved it!

Followed directions and added 1/4 red bell and 1/4 green bell. I also did the bacon weaving over the top and it was awesome!
Great recipe you can play with. Yum!

I’ve made this meatloaf many times and it’s always a hit. I’ve fixed it just like the recipe says and also with some slight variations and it’s always so good. I’ve used plain bread crumbs at times and Italian style bread crumbs other times. I’ve also made it with and without ketchup on top. I’ve even added some Worcestershire sauce and a tad bit of soy sauce before. I think next time I’ll add some chopped bell pepper. It’s an easy recipe to follow and you can do so many different things with it. Any way I fix it, it’s always delicious. I’ll definitely make this again and again!
