- 1/4 cup yellow mustard

- 2 Tbsp. rice syrup (Korean sweet)
- 15 Vienna sausages (small Korean)
- 20 Korean rice cakes (tube-shaped)
- 5 bamboo (or metal skewers)
- 1 scallion (dark green parts thinly sliced)
