Great stuff. Really works for a cough (better than commercial cough drops) and helps a sore throat too. As for the cayenne, you do want to feel that burn, but you might want to go a little lighter on it.

Son was coughing every few minutes, made this in just a few minutes gave as directed and haven't heard a peep since. I doubled the honey since I knew it would be to spicy for my little.
