- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (Korean, gukganjang)
- 2 tsp. sauce (Korean anchovy)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 fresh chili (optional)
- 1 egg (optional)

- 5 anchovy (large dried)
- 1 piece kelp (dried sea, dashima)
