It was very lovely as always. I also added a bit of pouring cream to give the sauce a thicker consistency.

I did not find this fish dish to be very good. Rinse the capers as it will make it too salty. It looks impressive but the flavors of capers lemon butter in a pan used to fry fish ended up tasting like over cooked brown mess w capers.
