I made this for my 84 year old mother, who's as picky as a two year old. She loved it! Get all the ingredients chopped and measured before you cook it. Then when you cook it, it's 1-2-3. Definitely use fresh lemon for the juice and zest. It provides a much needed pop of acid to counteract all that butter.
