Best peanut butter cookies I've ever made. They stay soft and don't harden up and dry out. Perfect to make ahead as peanut butter blossoms for Christmas.

Really good. A tiny bit on the crumbly side but I used margarine instead of butter, other than that I followed the recipe exactly.

Hands down the best peanut butter cookie recipe I've ever made. Don't spread out, nice and soft but not falling apart (they hold together phenomenally well!), look esthetically pleasing, super easy, very tasty, easy to double a batch - no issues. No need for stand mixer - I used a hand mixer to do wet ingredients then just gently stirred in dry ingredients with a wooden spoon. The dough seemed wet - don't fear it and don't add more flour. I was still able to roll, flatten with a fork and they formed perfect cookies.

My first time making Peanut Butter cookies, I made them for my fiance and it was his favorite Christmas dessert...he ate them all😊. Will plan to make them for him again.
