- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (yes tablespoon, not teaspoon, or to taste)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (see below)
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional and to taste)
