- 1/3 cup liquid (state coconut oil, vegetable or canola oil may be substituted)
- 1/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (ripe, about 3 medium bananas)
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt (optional and to taste)
- 1 cup strawberries (diced, fresh or frozen, if using frozen, thaw and drain them)
- 1 cup sugar (confectioners’)
- 2 Tbsp. Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine (softened, butter may be substituted but it’s not vegan)
