This has become my go-to recipe for all occasions. I occasionally replace the water with full cream milk for a richer flavour. My family loves it!

loved it, a fluffy light and tasteful loaf,did this recipe on the dough settling, knocked back for a min of two, placed in the tin and allowed to rise before baking
now our favourite go to bread recipe

I loved this recipe. Today I am changing sugar with honey. I hope it turns out well. I used regular flour. Did not have bread flour.
