- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt (optional and to taste)
- 1 cup graham crackers (coarsely chopped, about 4 full-size cracker sheets)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (one 12-ounce bag)
- 1 1/4 cups marshmallow (Bits, regular mini-marshmallows may be substituted; if using, shelter them with some dough and don't let them bake directly on baking sheet to prevent scorching)

Oh my goodness. I don't even like marshmallows. These are wonderful. I did not refrigerate the dough. They turned out fabulous. Will definitely be making again! I used regular marshmallow and cut them up small with scissors!

Love these! Making them again! I found that they turned out better when I baked them right away as opposed to refrigerating them. When I refrigerated and then baked them, they became super flat.
