This is the second time I've used this recipe. The first time was well received by my friends at Bible study. This time I made a double batch for my family. The first batch I stuck with the recipe (except I used pumpkin pie spice because I was out of cinnamon). Both boys gave them hearty approval, in fact my youngest used two to make an ice cream sandwich. The second batch I added a mix of chopped walnuts and pecans and tested them myself. I thought they were great. I'll use this recipe often.
