- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat flour (If you are making your own, take one cup oats and process in the food processor until finely ground)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats (Be sure to use certified gluten free oats if you need to.)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
