amazing. best gf cookie recipe i've tried yet! i only had 1/2 c of butter, so i supplemented with coconut oil. worked fine. i also used a standard gluten free mix instead of using the mix of flours given here. highly recommend this recipe. i was surprised by how much they rose :)
