    I replace light brown sugar with palm sugar & didn’t pack the dough tightly inside the scoop, resulting in much darker + flatter cookies. The taste is still very good though

    My kids loved these! I will definitely be making more batches of these yummy cookies. (I used golden syrup instead of molasses)

    I didn't really have enough molasses or butter but it still turned out really great! I would add more ginger next time I make it though
