very good!
i added a packet of instant yeast with starter, warm water and sugar 1st and let sit for 5 min. only allowed 1/2 hr to rise before pulled, stretched and folded dough twice. went another 1/2 hr then folded/stretched again then kneaded, divided and baked at 4:30 for 13 min, then turned and cooked another 15 min was super fluffy and sweet.
