07-22-2020, added 1 tsp of yeast as I wanted them the rise faster. In the end I think they over proofed. Texture and taste are fantastic. Made again on 09-30-2020, doubled the recipe. 11-25-2020, reduced oil to 3tbsp, only had 40 g of starter so added 1.5 tsp of yeast
