- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups rolled oats (or quick, do 4 cups if you want it chewier)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (choice, I used almonds or dried fruit of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (each of, and flaxseeds, optional)
- chocolate (Optional: Melted, for drizzling)
