This is a great recipe to try. I was looking for something simple to use up sourdough starter discard and this is perfect. The proportions were perfect and crepes are always a good idea.

Excellent! I doubled the recipe for my family of 6. I made no changes to the recipe. We topped the crepes with homemade jam and everyone loved them! I will definitely make these weekly.

Excellent. We added some orange zest. I made it with half organic sugar and half honey for the sweetener.
