- 1 cup frozen edamame beans (shelled, green soybeans)
- 1 avocado (peeled, sliced)
- 1 carrot (large, shredded)
- 1 mango (large, peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup pineapple (cored and diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
- 4 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or fresh lime juice)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Sriracha (or chili garlic sauce *optional - leave out for a non-spicy version)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
