- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (finely grated)
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. light olive oil
- 2 cups veggie (frozen stir fry, mix, snow peas, onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts or frozen veggies of choice)
- 2 cups soba noodles (cooked, cooked according to package directions)
- white sesame seeds (or optional topping: black)
