  • 3/4 cup honey (depending on your sweet tooth!)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts (or chocolate chips, optional)
