- 5 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. whey (lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (I use my homemade coconut milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla (I use my homemake extract)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 apples (gala or johnagold, diced)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp. baking powder (I'll show you how to make your own here)
