- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash canela
- 16 oz. chickpeas (reduced sodium)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar (confectionery)
