- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs (room temp)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 6 oz. caramel bits (found next to the chocolate chips in the baking isle)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (roughly chopped salted and)
- caramel sauce (to drizzle over top, Fleur de Sel caramel if you can find it—Trader Joes)
