    Cookies came out super delicious. Only variation was not using unsalted butter so I cut the salt to 1/4 tsp. Easy to make, but plan ahead because the batter needs at least 30 min. in the fridge.

    They turned out very flat. I don’t know if the recipe needs to be adjusted for higher altitudes or not. The flavor is very good.
