Made these several time for the husband, the most recent today 12/12/2023, they always come out fluffy and delicious!

10/10 for snickerdoodles. I sent them with my brother for a youth activity and they were a hit. Will definitely be making these again.

These cookies were very good! My only quibble is that the recipe says it makes 36 cookies - it actually makes about 48 if you’re rolling 1” cookies (using a small cookie scoop). There’s a lot of cinnamon sugar on top of these cookies, which I like, but some may want to scale it down. This is a solid recipe that I plan on using again.

I was a little skeptical because the dough looked a little strange. But they came together so well! Super soft and super tasty!

My cookies turned out so nasty no flavor they also did not seem to bake right I made these cookies before with a different recipe and they turned out great so I’m gonna stick with the other recipe

Delicious, but if you make these, make your dough balls smaller and/or flatter. I followed the instructions exactly, and they were pretty raw in the middle.

Tasty and chewy! Although they did not rise, which could be because my cream of tartar was old…

Very tasty. Had to bake for around 12-14 minutes and the ones that were made made a little bigger than one inch in diameter spread a lot more but were a lot more tender/chewy and had more flavour. They can be a bit sour because of the cream of tartar and the smaller cookies go real hard quickly, I don’t know if the same thing would happen to the larger ones because I didn’t taste the sourness as much with them so they were eaten quickly. I read on the internet that you can substitute the cream of tartar for baking powder at a ratio of 1.5 tsp of baking powder for every 1 tsp of cream of tartar.

Ironically ours turned out fluffy and dry. They have a great salty sweet flavor. All I can think is my little kitchen helper may have snuck some extra baking soda into them when I wasn’t looking?

I thought these were pretty good. I think the recipe had too much butter, but all in all it was super tasty

Delicious! I tend to roll my cookies a little large, so just add a few minutes if you tend to do that too. Very soft and addicting!

I have made a few different recipes of snickerdoodle cookies and this recipe is by far the most disappointing. The cookies are flat & not as flavorful as ones I have made in the past. The dough seemed pretty soft & it was very hard to roll it into balls. I gave it 3 stars because the cookies are soft. That’s the only positive I have.

little greasy and a little flatter than i thought it would have turned out. flavour on point!

I made these for my culinary class and they were amazing, my family, friends, teacher, and classmates loved them. Though, when going of the recipe the dough was more like a thick batter rather then cookie dough and i had to add a half cup of flour. They were also not baked thoroughly when baked for the time on the recipe and i had to put it for an extra 10 minutes. All minor flaws aside, this was a great recipe and i would not only recommend it but i will most definitely be making them again.
