  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 sticks butter (chilled, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup coconut (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate (white melting)
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 container cream cheese frosting

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray donut pan with non-stick spray. I spray non-stick spray between each batch of donuts.
    2. Mash bananas in mixing bowl.
    3. Add liquid ingredients; eggs, milk, vanilla, coconut oil (microwave to liquid if solid). Mix to combine.
