- 1/2 cup water (if using frozen pureed veggies omit the water)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (crushed)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. pasta (package whole grain spaghetti noodles or whole grain veggie)
