- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)

- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 1/2 cups beef (reduced-salt stock)
- 3 Tbsp. relish (tomato)
- 2 tsp. cornflour (mixed with 2 tsp water)
- 1 kg potatoes (floury, such as Agria, scrubbed and halved)
- 50 grams butter
- 1 leek (finely chopped)
- 1 cup baby spinach (or chopped, optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (finely, or parsley)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

I only made the rissoles and I used carrot instead of beetroot. I also used pork and veal mixed mince an chicken mince. Totally delicious!! Thank you Chelsea
