This was delicious. I had a smaller boneless pork roast so I cut all the ingredient amounts down to size. Served it with veggies and mashed potatoes. Will make this again, easy.

This turned out great and the gravy just went so well with it. I cooked in the pressure cooker and it was easy and quick. Mashed potatoes and green beans with cheese scones will be making it again and again!!!
