The flour measurement was way off, so had to use a lot more broth to thin it from being paste. Served over rice. Family didn’t care for the gravy. Will not make again.

It was ok I added more chicken broth to thin the gravy a bit, otherwise it would have been too doughy

Good dish; definitely will add to my repertoire. I did not have Cajun seasoning so I simply seasoned to taste( basic friend chicken spices).

Delicious! Fry your chicken as you would normally first........I made more gravy because I had more chicken
