I have made this recipe several times now; always with a homemade enchilada sauce (from Yummly). It never disappoints!

It was yummly. I fast-tracked this by subbing precooked ground beef and stovetopped the sauce mixture.

Delicious! Tasted like a burrito you would get at an authentic Mexican restaurant put lettuce and some salsa on top and it was even better next time gonna put cheese in the burrito as well as on top

I didn't see anywhere in the recipe where it said specifically when to shred the meat, so i shredded it and put it back in the crock pot to sit while i got everything else out and ready. I shouldn't have done that. The meat soaked up all the sauce, and made it impossible to separate. So I ended up have to put a beef/sauce mixture on top instead of just sauce. It still turned out great though.
