- 5.5 oz. tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ancho chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. jalapeno peppers (crushed dried)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 2/3 cup liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup onion (finely diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup sauce (hot cayenne, we used Frank's)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. dark molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
