Really good! Guest-worthy for a casual meal. Sadly, child 2 rejected it (politely)

Flavorful and easy to make. I cubed a potato in to it just because, and it went well with it.

This soup is delicious! I’ve made it twice and added a smoked sausage the second time which changed the nutritional information but really good nevertheless. Kalamata olives are optional.

This was great! I subbed kale for the spinach. My husband isn't a fan of olives so i used capers instead and it was super yummy!

Made this yesterday adding some carrots and smoky chipotle pepper. Added violife feta cheese on top just before serving and and ate it with pita bread. Delicious!!

Needed a little more salt for my taste, and added potatoes and tofu to make it a little thicker. But was sooo tasty and loved the olives in it!

It was delicious. I added a little cayenne because we love spice! I will definitely make this again.

This is delicious. I make it all the time. I use frozen spinach and it’s just as good.

This was just ok. I did not have the olives so omitted them, so I guess that potentially could have improved the taste. Needs a bolder flavor. Have several servings left so hoping that as it sits overnight that the flavors come together more.

Really enjoyed this! Used a teensy bit less paprika and still got a good smoky flavor. I'm not a huge olive person but they work well here. I plan to make this one again soon.

I wasn't sure how I was going to like olives in a soup but this was SO delicious and so very easy. Definitely use smoked paprika!

This recipe is delicious! My non-veg husband has requested it again. I bought canned Hunt's crushed roasted tomatoes and they went well with this recipe. I also bought crushed olives, but the next time around, I'll buy them sliced, as in the picture. The crushed olives didn't affect the taste negatively. One can add cayenne pepper to taste if they want it hotter that what the smoked paprika provides. This dish also pairs nicely with a roasted sweet potato and sliced avocado (with a dash of sea salt, if you like)!
