- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 fennel bulbs (trimmed and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. plums (halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch wedges)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
