Nice smokey flavor but not overpowering. Easy to make. This recipe doesn't make very much, I'd double the vegetable ingredients & keep the spices the same. Also very oily, I'd cut the amount of oil in half.

This is the first time I’ve made rutabaga. The smoked paprika wasn’t overpowering the taste at all, this wa a good mix of seasonings. Will make it again.
