- 4 New York (top loin) pork chops
- 2 tsp. sweet paprika (smoked)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. thyme (dried)
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (OR granulated garlic)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder (OR granulated onion)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions
- Mix paprika, chili powder, thyme, salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion and pepper and in small bowl. Rub both sides of pork chops with spice mixture. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium-hot fire until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.

Fantastic. No need to cook it to 145.... if the pork is farm raised just until barely pink

We use this rub on everything! My son has recently been put on a low sodium diet so I make it salt free and it is still delicious on pork and chicken. I make it by the jar! Thank you!
