The recipe was very good. Because we like a bit of spice I substituted 1/2 teaspoon of the smoked paprika with 1/2 teaspoon of Chipotle powder. I also used smoked salt and added 1/2 coarsely chopped onion

too dry, potatoes hard could not eat them. I will try again with lower temperature and thicker cut.

This recipe allowed me to make the BEST roasted potatoes I have ever made!

This recipe is A+! The potatoes were a big hit. The cooking time is off in the description, but that's obvious if you read the directions. I also cut my pieces smaller, because I like my potatoes crispy. The flavor on these potatoes is outstanding, and it was an easy, delicious side dish with a nice steak. I will definitely make these again.
