    Very good with regular paprika.
    It had good flavor. Mine came out a little al dente. I am not sure if it was my oven or needed more time. Over all my family loved it.

    We LOVE it...we’ve made it multiple times since the summer. It’s a great alternative to add to cauliflower recipes! Definitely use salt to enhance the “smokiness”. YUM!

    Turned out better than I expected. I think next time I’ll cook on the broiler setting to get it a bit crispier.

    I cooked roasted cauliflower once before and it turned out poorly. I used this recipe but had to cook at 400F for 25 minutes, and it turned out amazing. I only added some garlic powder. It was fantastic.

    This is my new favorite way to eat cauliflower. And the best part is I just picked up a GOOD jar of sweet Hungarian smoked paprika. I can’t wait!!

    It was great! Super easy, and the smoky paprika made a it a great side with grilled chicken breast. I also added Garlic Salt and a touch of cayenne which really bumped up the flavor, without taking anything away from that wonderful smokey flavor.
