- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 14.5 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree (or 2 cups fresh pumpkin puree)
- 15.5 oz. cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15.5 oz. light red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp. sauce (from a can of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, be careful - this is spicy!)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
