- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1/3 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. chipotles in adobo (canned, seeds removed and chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 jar Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
- 16 boxes penne pasta (16 oz. or penne pasta, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Melt Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender. Add tomatoes, peppers and garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and heat through. Toss hot sauce with hot rotini and garnish, if desired, with chopped cilantro.
