- 1 can water (use tomato can)

- 1 pkg. cremini mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 can red kidney beans (dark, drained and rinsed)
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- apple cider (splash of, optional *I used this)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar (optional)
