It was very good! I over did the potatoes, so I'll go lighter next time.

My picky 16 year old son thinks this soup is the greatest . It is a great use of leftover ham. I've never been a fan of sticky green pea soup and this is a great, flavorful alternative for a cold day. It is very easy to make.
