Too much vinegar. I used 2/3 of the amount the recipe called for (added water instead), and the chicken skin had an off-putting taste and texture, but the dark meat turned out ok. White meat was very dry. Broiling in the dutch oven with the top off didn’t really work.

Delicious! The cooking time was accurate. I only had to broil the legs for 11 mins but the recipe warns to watch the broiling time. I didn’t have smoked paprika so I used regular paprika and added 1/4 tsp cumin although the cumin was probably not needed. I also served it with the white barbecue sauce as suggested and what a perfect compliment it was! Will definitely make this again. Thank you for the recipe.
