  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (10 to 12 oz.)
  • 1/2 lb. smoked turkey breast (sliced deli)
  • raspberries (for garnish, optional)

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, raspberry preserves, lemon juice and poppy seeds; cover and chill to blend flavors.
  2. On chilled salad plates, layer greens, then turkey.
  3. Spoon dressing over salads. Garnish, if desired, with raspberries.
